  • How do I meet my driver for a Curbside Meet?
    IMPORTANT: All passengers choosing the CURBSIDE option, please turn on your cell phone to receive text message from the driver. You will get a greeting text message from the assigned driver once your plane connects to gate. Please check your mobile phone and reply when you're ready. The driver will coordinate the pickup location. If you don't have a working cellphone please choose the Inside Option from the drop down.
  • How do I add on "Inside Meet and Greet Service" to my airport arrival transfer?
    You can add this service by clicking the "Meet Option" and choose Inside from the drop down option. Please see below picture for additional help. Domestic Flights: You will be meeting the driver at the baggage claim area. Please look for a suited driver with your name greeting sign. International Flights: You will be meeting the driver at the main terminal Welcome Center. Please look for a suited driver with your name greeting sign. If you can't find your driver, you may contact the office at +19292643413 for further assistance.
  • How many passengers could fit in a LUX SEDAN?
    Our LUX SEDAN could fit up to 3 passengers.
  • How many luggage could fit in a LUX SEDAN?
    Our LUX SEDAN will fit up to 3 normal size luggage. If you have 3 large suitcases best to book for an SUV for enough room for your belongings.
  • How many passengers could fit in a LUX SUV?
    Comfortably 5 but up to 6 passengers.
  • How many luggage could fit in a LUX SUV?
    Our LUX SUV will fit up to 6 normal size luggage. If you have 6 or more large suitcases best to book for our Sprinter for enough room for your belongings.
  • What do I do if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
